Let’s talk about your land, your build, or the project that stopped.

Whether you are holding land you have not broken ground on, planning a build, or sitting on a project that stalled — one conversation will tell you whether it can be financed, built and finished. If it cannot, I will say so.

  • Land opportunities. Feasibility, build potential and what the site will actually support.
  • Build and development. Zoning and site plan through to a finished, occupied building.
  • Stalled projects. Joint venture, restructure, or a clean exit — whichever the numbers support.

Who I am

A builder who knows where the money is

I am not a capital company and I will not pretend to be one. I am a developer and a general contractor. I raise for my own projects, which is why I know the lenders, the private capital and the joint-venture partners by name — I had to learn them the hard way.

Development
Entitlements, zoning and site plan, with my own consultant team
Construction
I hold the shovel. Low-rise through mid-rise delivery
Financing
Land, bridge, construction and take-out relationships I hold
Capital
Private investors and JV partners I have closed with before

Greencrest Homes is a builder and developer, not a lender or a fund. Anything that constitutes a securities offering is arranged through registered partners. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities.

Who this is for

Four situations I see every week

If one of these sounds like you, the callback is worth twenty minutes.

You are holding land that is not moving

Approvals are in progress or already done. You are still paying every month and nothing is being built.

You can build it — you are short the equity

Crews, capability, completions behind you. What you do not have is the contingency line a lender wants to see.

The offers on your desk are below what you paid

Selling into this bid market crystallises the loss and hands the upside to the buyer. A joint venture is the alternative.

You have capital and no builder you trust

Money is the easy half. The hard half is knowing who will actually finish the building. That is the side I am on.

What happens next

From this form to a real answer

Step 01

The callback

Within one business day. Twenty minutes, no pitch. You describe the site and I tell you what I see.

Step 02

The review

If there is something there, I look at the file properly — scope, cost to complete, equity position, projected yield.

Step 03

One written direction

Build, restructure, partner or exit. In writing, and yours to keep whether or not you build it with me.

Step 04

We get it built

Capital assembled from relationships I already hold, construction delivered, through to a realised outcome.

Bring me one file

The one that has been bothering you. Twenty minutes and you will know more about your own site than you did this morning.
