Follow the journey of your new home taking shape on the MyMIHome App, from the moment the building permit is issued, through the groundwork and walls being erected, to the installation of your chosen interior and exterior finishes.
Settle into Your Brand-New Home!
After completing the closing process at M/I Title or one of our title company partners, you'll have a New Home Orientation with your Construction Manager before finally moving into your brand-new M/I Home. Our dedicated Customer Care team, coupled with our industry-leading warranty, will be there to ensure peace of mind for you and your family throughout this exciting transition.
